VEGGIE PIZZA WITH CORNMEAL CRUST

- 1 Vicolo cornmeal pizza crust
- 3 oz. Trader Joe's Quattro Formagio (shredded blend of 4 cheeses: provolone, asiago, parmesan, & fontina)
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (Whatever kind you like. We used Classico portobello mushroom sauce because it was already open in the refrigerator.)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil (although the crust already has olive oil in it, so you probably don't really need it.)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (Also whatever kind you like. We used criminis.)
- 2 cloves garlic sliced thin lenghthwise
- Oregano to taste
Layer the ingredients on the pizza crust in whatever order you like. Bake in oven at 450F until cheese starts to turn brown. Take it out and EAT IT!
