Day 1: we arrive...

Michael on BART. Beth on plane. We arrive at Holo Holo In youth hostel in Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park tired but excited. Our pictures of the hostel turned out blurry, so check out the pictures on the hostel's web site. Anyway, it's a beautiful, serene retreat in the rain forest run by proprietor, Satoshi Yabuki.
